The Company collects information about the Buyer, depending on the nature of the transaction, when the Buyer purchases products, uses services, or contacts the Company. By using this website, purchasing products, using services, or communicating with the Company, the Buyer agrees that the Company may collect information to the extent allowed by current technical capabilities. The Buyer consents to such information being processed in line with the purposes described.

Personal information includes the Buyer's name, address, phone number, email address, identification number, internet service provider’s name, IP address, accessed date and time, profile picture, payment method, device information, or any other information provided by the Buyer, collectively referred to as "Confidential Information."

The Company may use Confidential Information within its organization for the purpose of creating a profile for the Buyer and conducting statistical analysis, in accordance with the applicable laws and with the consent of the Buyer. Confidential Information obtained through the application can be collected, used, processed, and stored by the Company’s affiliated companies or partners to ensure the security and accuracy of transactions, as permitted by law and the Buyer’s consent.

The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of other websites, applications, or advertisements that are linked or referenced within the application.

The Company commits to keeping Confidential Information strictly confidential and treats it as a secret, taking all necessary measures to prevent its unauthorized use or disclosure. The Company also commits to ensuring that all steps are taken to maintain privacy and prevent Confidential Information from entering the public domain or being misused. However, if the Buyer does not take appropriate precautions against viruses or other malicious software on their device, or if security breaches occur despite the Company's efforts, the Company is not responsible for any damage or loss of Confidential Information caused by unauthorized third-party access.

The Company may disclose or use the Buyer’s Confidential Information (a) as required by applicable laws or regulations or a court order or administrative directive, and/or (b) with the Buyer’s consent, and/or (c) in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and/or (d) in situations specified in the "User Agreement" available on the Company's website.

The Company collects technical communication data (cookies) to obtain statistical information regarding the Buyer’s use of services and products.

The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of information shared by the Buyer in public areas or through comments and messages, nor for any damage caused by sharing the Buyer's username, password, or similar information with third parties during registration.

The Company may analyze the Buyer's use of the Company's products and services to offer recommendations.

The Company may review the personal information and data of any Buyer who violates the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, or whose actions are reported by other Buyers. The Company may update, modify, or terminate the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified via email or other means. Any changes to this policy will take effect on the publication date. Continuing to use the Company's services or products after changes are made will indicate the Buyer's acceptance of these modifications.
