DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

  1. By placing an electronic order through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

  2. When you receive the product, make sure to record a video while opening it. Products with defects or faults, confirmed through video evidence, will be accepted for return without any conditions.

  3. Shipping costs for the product will be paid by the buyer.

  4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer, within a legal maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

  5. For voluntary returns (such as "didn't like it," "too small," etc.), the return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.

  6. If the product becomes unsellable, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment through bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

  1. If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the payment card used by the buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the bank or financial institution does not pay the seller for the product price, the buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within 3 days, at the seller's expense.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

  1. If unforeseen force majeure events occur, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or delay in delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the payment will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation. If paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the transfer to the buyer's account may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the bank's processing time.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

  1. The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged products (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier. If the product is accepted, it will be assumed to be in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product should not be used.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the given address, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason. To do so, the buyer must inform the seller using the contact details below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

  1. If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. If the consumer has approved the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

  2. Any costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must not have been used as per the "Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used" section in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. If the invoice is issued in the name of an institution, an institution-issued return invoice must be sent for the return to be completed.

  2. The returned product must be delivered in its original box, packaging, with any standard accessories, and in a complete and undamaged condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. The seller must refund the total price and return any documents binding the buyer to debt to the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The product must be returned within 20 days.

  2. If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller's damages in proportion to the fault. However, the buyer is not liable for damages resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.

  3. If the campaign's minimum limit is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount obtained through the campaign will be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

  1. Products made according to the buyer’s request or personalized, products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, etc.), perishable products, or those likely to expire, opened packaging items, mixed products, digital goods, or services provided immediately upon the buyer's approval cannot be returned. Services initiated before the end of the withdrawal period cannot be canceled either.

  2. There is no return right for custom products such as those with the buyer's name. By accepting the contract, the buyer automatically accepts this clause.

  3. If the buyer defaults on the payment through credit card, they agree to pay interest as per the credit card agreement with the bank and accept legal responsibility. The bank may initiate legal actions and claim expenses from the buyer. If the buyer defaults, they must compensate the seller for any damages incurred due to the delay in payment.
